T-shirt sizes are all UNISEX. Most buyers prefer the size tee they regularly wear in clothes. If you order one size down from that, it will be a more fitted look. Seller is 195 lbs / 5"4 and sz D -bust and would wear a sz XL normally or, if wanting a more fitted tee, sz L. Both would work.
